Introduction

According to the lore surrounding the Haunted Graveyard, the vampire who once dwelled there was reputed to be an ancient and malevolent entity. The legend tells that this vampire, known as Lady Valeria, preyed upon the unsuspecting citizens of Harbour City for many nights. The terror she instilled was profound, leading to her becoming a priority for the local defenders.

The vampire was ultimately dispatched by Sir Alaric Grey, a knight of the realm renowned for his bravery and prowess in combat. Sir Alaric, who was also a member of a secretive order dedicated to hunting supernatural threats, tracked Lady Valeria to her crypt within the Haunted Graveyard under the cover of daylight. Armed with a sacred blade blessed by the high clerics of both temples in the city and his unyielding courage, Sir Alaric confronted and defeated the vampire in a fierce battle that relieved the graveyard of its curse for a time.
